Belum lama ini akhirnya terungkap sebuah CPU Intel Meteor Lake yang akan membawa iGPU baru berdasarkan IP Arc Alchemist Xe-LPG, sebuah iGPU baru yang diharapkan bisa memiliki kemampuan komputasi grafik jauh lebih kencang dibanding Iris Xe di generasi sebelumnya.
Detail Intel Meteor Lake “Core Ultra 9”
Sesuai informasi yang diungkapkan oleh Golden Pig Upgrade, CPU Intel Meteor Lake “Core Ultra 9” yang akan menjadi chip teratas dalam jajaran Core Ultra Generasi Pertama akan menawarkan beberapa kecepatan clock yang cukup kencang.
Memang diakui, Metelr Lake Core Ultra 9 bukanlah sebuah CPU baru yang memiliki clock speed benar benar kencang, boos clock nya hanya mencapai 5.4GHz, tapi tentu dengan beberapa pembaruan dari sisi arsitektur, tentu akan banyak upgrade signifikan dari sisi yang lain, seperti performance /watt.
Detail Core Ultra 9 Meteor Lake
Untuk detail spesifikasinya sendiri CPU Intel Meteor Lake ini memiliki konfigurasi TDP mulai dari 20 hingga 65W. Konfigurasi teratas yang akan hadir di batch pertama akan memiliki 6+8+2LPE, termasuk 6 performance Redwood Cove dan 8 efficient crestmont core dan 2 crestmont core tambahan.
Yang akan membentuk konfigurasi 20-core dan 22-thread. Ini hampir sama dengan konfigurasi yang kami lihat di Computex 2023 dengan 1,6 MB L1, 18 MB L2, dan 24 MB cache L3.
Meteor Lake Akan Hadir Dengan iGPU Kencang!
Pindah ke sisi iGPU, kita tahu bahwa Intel akan memanfaatkan arsitektur grafis Arc Alchemist dalam variasi Xe-LPG-nya. CPU ini sendiri akan mengemas total 128 EU dalam sebuah iGPU 5nm TSMC nantinya.
Sisi lain, beberapa kabar menyebut bahwa CPU Meteor Lake ini akan menggunakan node proses Intel 4, dilaporkan bahwa iGPU ini dapat bekerja hingga 2200MHz atau sedikit lebih tinggi dibanding bocoran engineering sample di beberapa waktu sebelumnya.
